Ok, Robert. I admit I haven't checked the blog in awhile, but better late then never, right?

The answer I believe is the CNO Bi-Cycle I. It's the one by which Carbon, Nitrogen and Oxygen are used as catalysts to produce a 4HE nucleus. It's responsible for somewhere around 2% of the sun's output at this stage in its life. Ok, next! :)
